They invest in solving real problems. ## Be a leader To lead your drilling and well organization you need to acknowledge pain points. As a drilling manager, no longer is your role to sign out-scanned documents and dive into technical problems your team should have handled without you. Like many have done, you can tick a digitalization box in your KPI board by moving the files from a network drive to online storage.
